Repair ship damage artefact

I've been looking for any good use of the "Upgrade lv 0-7 galaxy planet with no upgrade process" artefact.
For now this artefact doesn't have much sense because every player can find a lot of lv 8 planets, and with this artefact almost every planet is upgrading to lv 8 and in result nobody uses terraforming section any more.

I'm gonna change this artefact to "repair most damaged ship".
Still don't know if repair only some dmg levels or completely to 0.

Try first with total repair.

And the second thing about repairing ships is now, when galaxy is way much more profitable than ships, it's a good reason to reactivate ship artefact source system.

Feels too good right now, if it repairs all of the levels. You can combine it with the "Finish longest expedition" artifact, in that the ship that is repeatedly sent out and recalled immediately will accumulate a lot of damage over time.

I was going to suggest 2 levels, but 3 might be better (and it mirrors the "moon levels" artifact in how much it gives).

Yes - you're right it could be too good now, but it's experimental by a few days and soon we'll see how it works.

And yes - I think 2 or 3 levels will be just right...

Actually I'm gonna change it right now, coz total repair is too crazy :)
